Bridges Northwest Indiana Initiatives


​We are a collective voice and a resource for nonprofit leaders. Our key initiatives include:
​1. Regional Data Collection & Sharing
  • Employee data, salary surveys, benefit structures, turnover rates, and workforce openings. This resource provides valuable insights into employment trends in the nonprofit sector.
2. Collective Advocacy
  • Legislative support, grant applications, and community campaigns for members. We harness our collective power to bring about positive change.

  • A centralized hub for demographic and community data that supports effective program planning and reduces duplication of data collection efforts.
4. Leadership Collaboration
  • Facilitating new projects, partnerships, and programs by connecting nonprofit leaders to opportunities and ideas.
